  • Damaged or Defective? You get a free replacement or full refund. No need to return the broken item.
  • Missing Parts? We send replacement bricks for free.
  • Change Your Mind? We accept returns within 14 days.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We hate receiving broken toys as much as you do. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is significantly different from what you ordered, you do NOT need to return it.

  • How to Claim: Please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with:
    1. Your Order Number.
    2. Clear photos of the damaged item/package.
  • Resolution: We will immediately send you a brand new replacement for free (production time may apply) or issue a full refund.

“CHANGE OF MIND” RETURNS (Standard Return Policy)

Since we operate on a Made-to-Order basis, every item is printed and packed specifically for you. However, we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out.

  • Return Window: You may return unused, unopened, and undamaged items within 14 days of receiving them.
  • Condition: Items must be in their original packaging (sealed bags/boxes) and in resalable condition.
  • Return Shipping:
    • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
    • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Restocking Fee: We generally do not charge a restocking fee, but we reserve the right to deduct partial value if the returned item shows signs of use or damage.

Exclusions (Items that cannot be returned):

  • Highly Customized Items: Items that were specially modified or designed personally for you (if applicable) cannot be returned unless defective.

MISSING PARTS POLICY

Brick sets can have thousands of pieces, and occasionally one might go missing. Don’t worry!

  • Process: Circle the missing part in your instruction manual, take a photo, and email it to us.
  • Solution: We will ship the missing bricks to you free of charge via airmail.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

  • Before Production: You can cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase.
  • After Production Starts: Since our items are made-to-order, if you request cancellation after production has begun (usually 24 hours after ordering), we may charge a 10% processing fee to cover material costs.
  • After Shipping: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been handed to the carrier. You must wait to receive the package and then initiate a return.

REFUND TIMELINE

  • Once your refund is approved (or your return is received and inspected), we will initiate the refund to your original payment method immediately.
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the funds to your account.
