SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

International Shipping: We ship globally from our warehouses in China.

Shipping Times: International delivery typically takes 10-25 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance. Please note that tracking information may take several days to update after the package has been handed over to the carrier.

Customs & Duties: While we strive to process shipments in a way that minimizes customs issues, we cannot guarantee that no fees will be charged. The customer is ultimately responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND MISSING PARTS

Return Policy: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective.

Missing Parts Policy: We understand that brick sets may occasionally have missing pieces. If you discover missing parts, please contact us at [email protected] with a photo of the manual marking the missing pieces. We will send replacement parts free of charge.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
