Find missing/issued bricks in the building process
If you notice any missing or incorrect bricks during the building process, don’t worry! The factory typically includes a spare brick bag, and some pieces might be in bags for later steps, which is normal. We recommend continuing with the build as much as possible.
For any bricks that are missing or incorrect, please mark them on the instruction manual, indicating the quantity needed. You can refer to the sample image below for guidance.
Once done, take clear photos and contact us at [email protected]. Be sure to include your order number. We’ll coordinate with the factory to collect all the missing or incorrect bricks at once and send them to you with no extra fees.
Replacement
If any parts of the product are damaged during use, you can let us know which part it is. We can contact the factory on your behalf and find the corresponding replacement part. In this case, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs.
