SHIPPING & TRACKING (Most Popular)
Since many of our items are Made-to-Order, please allow 7-10 business days for production and quality checks before your order ships. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as the package leaves our facility.
This is normal for international shipments.
First 5-7 Days: The package is traveling from our China warehouse to the international logistics hub. Tracking may show “Label Created” or “Shipment Info Received.”
After Arrival: Once the package lands in your country and clears customs, the tracking will update rapidly with your local courier (e.g., USPS, Royal Mail).
On average:
USA / UK / EU / AU: 10 – 20 Business Days.
Rest of World: 15 – 30 Business Days. (Note: Total wait time = Production Time + Shipping Time)
We ship directly from our production centers and warehouses in China. This allows us to offer a huge variety of parts and sets that aren’t available locally.
ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS
You can cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of placing the order.
After 24 hours: Production has likely started. Cancellations may be subject to a small processing fee to cover material costs.
After Shipping: Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
To ensure items arrive safely or to speed up shipping, we sometimes split large orders into multiple packages. Please check your email for additional tracking numbers. The rest of your items are on the way!
PRODUCT INFORMATION
No. These are third-party, custom-designed bricks and figures. However, they are 100% compatible with major building block brands. We use high-quality ABS plastic to ensure they fit perfectly with your existing collection.
To keep shipping costs low for you, most items are shipped in secure bubble bags or plain cardboard boxes, without the original retail box. (Unless specifically stated otherwise).
Check the bag: Sometimes it’s a printed booklet inside the package.
Check for a QR Code: Some MOC sets use digital PDF instructions. Look for a card with a QR code to scan.

Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items. Please note that unless the item is defective, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
While we do our best to minimize this, customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes charged by their local government.
